ARE YOUR BATH BOMBS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
I have had plenty of customers buy our bath bombs for their children to use and they have been perfectly fine. I would not recommend using bath bombs with children any younger than 2 years old and I would ensure they are supervised at all times when in the bath.
ARE YOUR BATH BOMBS SAFE TO SENSITIVE SKIN?
Many of my customers who suffer with a range of skin problems including psoriasis, eczema and generally dry and sensitive skin have found our bath bombs to not only not cause any flare up, but actually help with their symptoms.
If you have fragile skin then I would recommend using essential oil only bath bombs, or one of our butterball bath bombs, which are packed with shea butter - super hydrating and kind to skin.
WHAT BATH BOMBS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
I am not a medical professional so wouldn't be able to recommend specific bath bombs for pregnant women! However, if you are pregnant and not sure what bath bombs are safe then you can find all of our ingredients on our product pages - you can always call up your GP or have a look on Google to see what oils are/aren't safe for you to use.
WILL YOUR BATH BOMBS STAIN MY BATHTUB?
If your bath bomb contains colour (also known as ‘mica’) then there is always the possibility that it could leave a coloured ring around your bathtub where the bath water was. This is perfectly common and this ring can often be scrubbed away with a sponge and cleaning liquid.
We include an emulsifier in our bath bomb recipe called Polysorbate 80, which is completely natural and derived from vegetables. It helps the mica to blend into the oils included in our bath bombs to prevent any staining on your bathtub.
One of the best ways to prevent this stain is to clean your bathtub before you use the bath bomb, which will remove any dead skin cells that are currently on the bathtub. Often, the mica will cling to these dead skin cells and soapy scum. However, if the tub is clean before use then the mica is more likely to wash away when you empty your tub.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNT CODES?
Yes. If you head over to our Instagram page and track down some of amazing brand reps, they all have codes for you to use! :)
IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes! When we began our business we thought the only way to package our bath bombs was in shrink wrap - which is damaging to our environment. We quickly changed this and have been packaging our bath bombs in paper bags for a while now.
We also use eco-flo packing peanuts, which help us to deliver your bath bombs to you safely and without any damage to our environment. We also use cardboard boxes, all of which can be recycled. We have even been known to use paper-based ribbon for finishing touches!
Protecting our planet is very important to us and we try our best to minimise our impact.
